Extended Bookings
For reservations of 24 hours or longer, please note that the rate includes at least 8 hours of rest per day, as well as food and drinks to be provided by you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
In the event you are unable to attend, bookings may be rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, subject to my availability and discretion.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit in full, with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.
Travel Expenses
Travel within 100 km of Deventer, Netherlands is included in the booking fee.
For bookings beyond 100 km, additional travel costs will apply. I will contact you directly to discuss and agree on any such charges prior to the booking.
