Booking & Deposit

• A deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to secure any booking.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or gift card.

• Submission of a booking request constitutes a binding payment obligation.

• Following receipt of your request, I will promptly provide deposit instructions and confirm your booking.

• The applicable fees are published on my official website and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• In the event you are unable to attend, bookings may be rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, subject to my availability and discretion.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit in full, with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.

Travel Expenses

• Travel within 100 km of Deventer, Netherlands is included in the booking fee.

• For bookings beyond 100 km, additional travel costs will apply. I will contact you directly to discuss and agree on any such charges prior to the booking.

Privacy Policy

• All personal information, communications, and payment details are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

• No information will be shared, disclosed, or sold to any third party, unless legally required.

Code of Conduct

• Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.

• I reserve the right to immediately terminate any booking, without refund, should inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior occur.
